We will manage all leads via a branded secure CRM assigning booked appointments to your selected agent along with the call recoding and pre-meeting notes. we send a calendar invite to all those who will be attending the meeting, Manage the appointment until it successfully takes place.
We have a range of package options at a fixed monthly cost with agreed performance KPI’s to be achieved monthly.
- Who supplies the calling data? Depending on the package you take. with our basic packages we would expect you to supply us with the calling data based on your need other you can add the data addon or upgrade to have us supply tailored targeted data for the agents to call through.
- Are the calls recorded Yes all incoming or outgoing calls are automatically recorded and will be accessible within your campaign management portal. We will also attached recordings to leads booked and assigned with the CRM.
- Will the leads know we are using an agency? No as far as leads are aware we are part of your business operating under your business name, sending emails from your domain. We do not disclose any information about us to any contacts outside of those who are authorized by yourself.
